Application for Examination

The Principals of the respective Nursing schools should send the applications of eligible students for the examination Board with the following requirements along with the prescribed fee in the form of  Demand Draft drawn in favour of Medical Superintendent and Deputy Chairman, KSDNEB, Bangalore, within the due date :

 

  1. The student must have attended  75% of the  formal instruction given in each subjects and 75% field experience separately during the year.  However the total clinical experience as prescribed must be completed before the Diploma is awarded.

  2. All procedures listed in the practical work record book must be signed before each examination as indicated in the book and should be completed at least two weeks before the examination.

     

  3. Students must obtain at least 50% of marks in Internal assessment and  no student will be recommended for board examination if she/he fails in the internal assessment marks.
