Issue of Hall Tickets

After receiving the applications, it will be scrutinised for the eligibility and the hall tickets will be prepared by the board and issued to the students through the Principal of the respective Institutions.

The Principals of the respective school should see that photo in uniform is attested with a seal at the place provided in the hall tickets before issuing it to the students.

The students should receive the hall tickets at least one week before the examination.

The students should produce the hall tickets on all the days of  examination for theory and practicals and should be used (or preserved) by them for future reference.

Lost or missing of Hall Tickets :

 

In case a student has lost the hall tickets before or at the time of examination, the  concerned principal should collect  the prescribed fee of  Rs.100/-  from the students and the payment remitted to the State Bank of Mysore in the prescribed Board Challan for issue of duplicate hall ticket,  If there is no sufficient time to obtain duplicate hall ticket, she/he may be allowed to write the examination by the Chief superintendent after collecting the prescribed Fee of Rs.100/- from  her/him,  and later the Chief superintendent should remit the duplicate hall ticket Fee of Rs.100/- in any of the State Bank of Mysore and Board Copy of the Challan sent to Board
